Per Detroit News' list of models with Consumer Reports' highest predicted short-term reliability, Toyota Motor Corporation and Honda Motor Company garnered 70% of the best, and per Detroit News' list of models with Consumer Reports' lowest predicted short-term reliability, DaimlerChrysler AG, General Motors Corporation, and Ford Motor Company garnered 72% of the worst. The list is based on CR's 2006 survey results.
The following table provides each manufacturer's number and percentage of models with CR's highest predicted short-term reliability.
