Distinctions: + The 2006 Honda Odyssey is a 2006 Consumer Reports Top Pick and Minivan Quick Pick and has "Good" scores for front and side impact by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (but a score of "Marginal" for rear impact) and is ranked second on IIHS's list. It has a CR 2006 predicted owner satisfaction in the highest category. In addition, the Honda Odyssey model was a 2005 Insurance Institute for Highway Safety Best Pick Frontal, a 2005 CR Top Pick, and is on AOI's reliability Best of 1996 (for vehicles 6-to-8 years of age), Best of 1997 (for vehicles 6-to-8 years of age), and Best of 1998 (for vehicles 5-to-7 years of age).
